Batch Enrich from BoardGameGeek
Scans your collection and fills in missing details from BoardGameGeek. Games are matched by their
stored BGG ID, or by name when no ID is present. Requests are spaced out to respect BGG's rate limits.
Requires a BGG API token (set it in a game's Quick Fill panel) — since Oct 2025 BGG returns 401 without one.

Categories & Taxonomy
Define your shelf's taxonomy here. Give a category a description and,
optionally, a parent to make it a sub-category. Games can belong to
several categories at once (comma-separated on the game form). Descriptions feed the
printed Menu and the public site.
Owners
Owners are created by assigning them to games. Click any owner to rename
(renaming to an existing name merges them) or to clear ownership.
Today’s Menu — Wording
Edit the text that appears on the public menu. Course order and how games are
sorted into courses stay automatic — you're only changing the words. The date and the
per-game lines are generated for you. Leave a field blank to fall back to the default.
Settings
Site-wide options for the public Game Room. Changes are saved to the cloud
and take effect on the public site the next time it loads.

Choose what visitors see on the public collection and each game's page.
